To the Trump Supporters across the country, my question is why doesn’t Donald Trump’s principles matter?
.) Would you vote for John Gotti or anyone he did business? Trump has ties to the Mafia. Trump did deal with S&A Construction in the early 1980s. S&A was indeed owned by Anthony “Fat Tony” Salerno of the Genovese crime family, who was sentenced to 100 years in prison back in 1986 and died behind bars in 1992 and Paul “Big Paul” Castellano, head of the Gambino’s crime family,
.) Trump’s Alinsky tactics are directly from the rule book. #5 – Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.” There is no defense. It’s irrational. It’s infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions. (Pretty crude, rude and mean, huh? They want to create anger and fear.) #12: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions. (This is cruel, but very effective. Direct, personalized criticism and ridicule works.) We complained about these tactics when Liberals used them against us as members of the Tea Party. Remember the slur Tea Baggers. It was used to demean and ridicule.
.) Trump complains that China is stealing our jobs, but yet Trump’s own clothing line is made in China and Bangladesh. The Trump campaign gear is made in China. No excuse! If you are going to force tariffs on goods made abroad by American companies, then you better start with yours.
.) Trump is a misogynist of extraordinary proportions. He has a history of degrading women, including the women he married and even his own daughter. Trump is on record calling women bimbos, dogs, etc. Do we want the GOP nominee to be the biggest woman hater in the country? I think not
.) Trump calls himself a philanthropist, but has not donated a dollar to The Donald J. Trump Foundation since 2006. He is not even the biggest donor to the foundation, having given about $3.7 million in the previous two decades. Tax returns would probably back this, so maybe this is why he’s not releasing them. In addition, Trump has yet to give the money he raised to veteran groups. All this smells fishy to me.
.) Trump’s support for Touchback Amnesty. Touchback Amnesty is when you make people leave the country and then the good ones meaning people without criminal records can be expedited back in the country so they can stay here permanently and work and not have to leave for good. Funny that this is a proposal that has actually been endorsed by the New York Times editorial page of The New York Times and voted on by the United States senate and nearly passed.
.) Trump is under fraud investigation and being sued because of his failed Trump University. N.Y. appeals court revives fraud claim against Trump University. The New York Attorney General claimed the Trump venture misrepresented that Trump himself handpicked instructors, the decision said. He also accused Donald Trump of having a significant role in Trump University’s operations.
.) Trump brags about dodging the draft while at the same time mock John McCain for being captured and held as a POW by saying “I like people who weren’t captured.” Trump decided to skip the Iowa debate to raise money for veterans, but has yet to distribute the funds donated. Veterans with a friend like Trump, you certainly don’t need any enemies.
.) Trump has flip-flopped Gun Control. Back in 2000, he called for banning assault weapons and a longer waiting period for gun purchases. He also criticized Republicans on the topic, as he stated that they “walk the NRA line and refuse even limited restrictions.”
.) Trump has flip-flopped Abortion. In 1999, Trump stated that that he was “very pro-choice,” and that he would not even ban partial-birth abortions. Trump has supported this position by funding pro-abortion candidates, mainly Democrats. “Trump reiterated how much he loves the largest abortion provider in America during his victory press conference after winning several states at Super Tuesday.”
.) Trump is a bully, plain and simple. All you need to do is spend anytime following Trump on Twitter for proof. There is video of Trump mocking a handicapped man. People, our children are watching us. By accepting a presidential candidate who feels necessary to bully and mock the people who he disagrees, we tell our kids it’s all right to bully to get what you want.
.) Trump’s support for Obamacare’s healthcare mandates. In 1999 and 2000, Trump expressed a staunch desire for the US to adopt universal healthcare. “I’m very liberal when it comes to health care” In 2016, Trump stated, “Well, I like the mandate. Okay, so here’s where I’m a little bit different.
.) Trump’s Middle East policy is scary. Trump has stated he will remain “neutral” when it comes to Israel. Neutral? Trump thinks that walking in a parade is considered good Mideast Policy. And regarding Iraq, In the September 11th, 2002, during a Howard Stern interview, Trump stated he was for the Iraqi Invasion, then during the campaign, Trump came out that he was against it. Another Trump flip flop.
.) Trump supported Democrat and Republican Cronies against Reform/Tea Party Candidates. You need proof, just go to OpenSecrets.com and type in Trump. No need to say anymore.
.) Trump’s love for eminent domain for his personal profit. In 1994 Trump sought to personally profit from eminent domain abuse by using government power to kick an elderly widow out of her Atlantic City home. Scottish families endured at the hands of Trump. He attempted to evict them from their own homes under Scottish compulsory purchase, a form of eminent domain. Publicly Trump referred to the scots as pigs, scum and swine, referring to their farms as slums.
.) Trump’s use of illegal aliens as cheap labor makes his stance on immigration hypocritical. Rather than hiring American workers for his Mara largo resort, Trump hired foreigners bypassing 300 Americans who applied for those positions. Trump was fined $1,000,000.00 for hiring illegal Polish immigrants to work on Trump Tower. Immigrants with questionable legal status are reportedly helping to build Donald Trump’s new luxury hotel in DC.
.) Trump’s support for taking and keeping of state land Reporter: I’d like to talk about public land. Seventy percent of hunters in the West hunt on public lands managed by the federal government. Right now, there’s a lot of discussion about the federal government transferring those lands to states and the divesting of that land. Is that something you would support as President? Trump: I don’t like the idea because I want to keep the lands great, and you don’t know what the state is going to do. I mean, are they going to sell if they get into a little bit of trouble?
.) Trump NEVER speaks about the Constitution. Why? Trump wants to make the country great again. OK, but he never seems to mention to one document which TRULY makes this country great. Trump doesn’t seem to have any idea WHAT’S in the Constitution. I think this should be a pretty big job requirement if you’re running for President.
In 2008, the establishment GOP gave us John McCain. So I held my nose and voted for McCain. In 2012, Mitt Romney was shoved down our throats again by the establishment and for the good of the country, I voted for Romney. Now, I am being asked to vote for Donald Trump. My fellow conservatives, the people who stood by me against Obamacare, Common Core, 2A, bloated government, etc. are now asking me to vote for a lying, bloviating, misogynist, thin-skinned, bully who admits that he will say and do anything as needed to push his own agenda. A man who flip flops on issues like a fish out of water. A man that lying to him is considered an Olympic sport which he holds the gold medal. A man who says he’s a Christian and fails to act like one. Remember what we are taught as a child, The Golden Rule. It comes from Matthew 7:12 reminds us Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets. Trump never seems to need to ask for the Lord’s forgiveness for the things he’s done. Donald, the Ten Commandments are not suggestions and you have broken a few. This election cycle comes down to one basic thing, Principles. Do you care about your own principles, morals and values enough to vote into office someone on most days, you wouldn’t look twice at electing in a normal election. I know I do so this is why I will not be voting for Donald Trump … Period, Done, and End Story.
